The Programming (formerly Education) and Membership Committees invite you to join us for an hour of sharing thoughts, asking questions, finding collaborators, and making connections. If you’ve never presented at a conference before, or just haven’t started building your 2026 presentation yet, this is the place to get your proposal rolling!

Following a short explanation about how the conference program is put together, you’ll have the opportunity to split out into themed breakout rooms or stay in the common space to discuss whatever is on your mind. There’s no time like the present to plan your participation in the next Annual Conference!

Open to all VRA folks. We especially encourage students, emerging professionals, solo workers, and new members to join and share their research and interests.
